Frankly Amsterdam is an Amsterdam brand specialised in natural, sustainable soft furnishing. The extraordinary collection consists of floor rugs, plaid blankets, cushions, bed linen, all handmade from the best natural materials such as merino wool, bamboo, linen and cashmere.
Frankly Amsterdam collaborates with leading designers such as Mae Engelgeer and Ulf Moritz.
Amsterdam-based fashion designer Claes Iversen joined forces with Frankly Amsterdam to make a series of tapestries for the refurbishment of a hotel. Iversen found his inspiration not only in the Haute Couture; the tapestries are based on the art of the Ndebele, a South-African tribe. That is reflected in the bright colours and graphic shapes.
Frankly Amsterdam has an extensive presentation at Co van der Horst.
